Since today is Monday, I deemed it appropriate to blog about the effects and benefits of removing meat and animal products from your diet.
1. You start to feel more energetic.
Remember, you are what you eat. If you eat sad, depressed animals doped up with antibiotics and chemicals, you will receive that same energy in your body. When you stop eating meat, you eat life force (plants) and begin to have more energy.
2. You reduce your risk of diabetes and other chronic illnesses.

3. You will start to consume the RIGHT type of protein.
Plants have protein! When you stop eating meat, you eat plants. It's a win win situation.
4. You do your part to help the environment. Small changes yield big results.
Raising animals for food requires massive amounts of land, food, energy, and water. Over half of the greenhouse emissions are caused by animal agriculture.
5. You will start to radiate more love and compassion.
When you eat high vibrating foods such as organic fruits and vegetables, you start to attract higher vibes such as love and compassion. You become more conscious of your lifestyle choices and your level of awareness raises.
Even if you do not completely remove meat from your diet, you can take baby steps by incorporating Meatless Mondays into your diet.
Try it, you will be amazed at the positive ways that your body responds to your efforts.
